MUCH HARM from FALSE MAY 21 PROPHECY?

Rev

Thank you Pastor. It is just one of Satan's tricks to keep unbelievers in darkness by raising men like Harold who will prophesy falsely. I am just sorry for the unbelievers. It is not something to be ashame of. The Lord is coming and He will not tarry whether Camping says so or not. He will come at an hour no one expects. The imminence of Christ's coming is that He could have come even in the days of Paul same as He can come two thousand years from now. Harold camping's prophecy is the devil's trick to keep the world from focusing on His coming. "When they shall say, peace and safety, then sudden destruction shall dawn on them..." "As it was in the days of Noah..." It is even important we shout Christ's coming from the housetops.
The Adventists created the doctrine of Investigative judgment when their Christ did not come in 1884, the Witnesses have made same errors and the Camping's camp is already talking about a spiritual rapture. Tricks, tricks, all the devil's tricks.
Truth never ceases to be truth because someone abuses it. Truth never ceases to be truth because someone else does not believe it. Truth will never cease because people are mocking at it. The Bible says, judge nothing before the time. While the world moves on no one should sit elsewhere and laugh with confidence. We have not reached the end yet. We do not know what tomorrow holds. What is happening the world now shows that mankind still has a long way to go. The earthquakes, the crisis in the Middle East, North Africa and elsewhere shows our Planet is sick and it may just be a sickness unto death. Why is everything deteriorating? Why are textbooks being revised from day to day?

Pastor Owusu, fear not, when these things happen, know that your redemption draws near.

Subject: MUCH HARM from FALSE MAY 21 PROPHECY?

Dear Pastor,
Please, I would like to send this letter to you and inform you that I'm quite well in Ghana. I want your view on what some TV and radio stations commenting on in the past few days after the false prophecy on the 21st May.
I would be interested in your comments on this. Of course, the liberal media took great delight in ridiculing the whole of evangelical
Christianity over this - even though very few took part in it. Harold Camping's false prophecy of the "End of the World" gave great cause for unbelievers to mock. But will there be any long-term  effects? I was interested to read the opinion of a certain believer in the UK.

"I am getting a lot of comments from family and other contacts
about 'the end of the world' Harold Camping thing.

My mum said her whole office was laughing about it and its been
all over the media here in the UK.

I am not bothered that people are laughing and mocking about it,
as they would when it did not come true. A couple of things come
to mind, that it did shake people up enough to think about it deeply.
Also that when it does come they will have been 'de-sensitised'
and will have put most of us Christians in the same camp...

What are your experiences with others over this?"
I would like to be more enlighten on this so that I can teach it in my outreach programs.
Much love,
Son
